ACCOUNTING ANALYST

BASIC FUNCTION: Facilitates monthly schedules for inventory, sales movement/s or accounts Monitors fixed assets
Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitors Inventory Units and prepares monthly reports for Manila & Davao as follows:
​ ​Inventory per Model
​ ​Stock position
​ ​Aging of Inventories
​ ​Allowance for Inventory Obsolescence
​ ​Gross Profit Report
2. Performs physical count of units and attachments on a semi-annual schedules
Monitors spare parts cycle counting and facilitates necessary adjustments.
Prepares the needed inventory information adjustments.
3. Costing of Inventorial Item and Accounts Payable
Prepares costing of inventory items and various account payables for main supplier and other related additional cost.
4. Monitors Fixed Assets / PPE reports both Manila & Davao
Fixed Asset Lapsing
Depreciation
Additions
Disposals
Adjustments
Norming Asset Maintenance
5. Monitors Sales Units & Parts including preparation of reports for Manila & Davao
Sales per Model
Sales per Area
Sales per Dealer
6. Monitors Rebates - Accounts Receivables
Prepares necessary adjustments of Accounts Receivable including rebates on sales and service section activities such as PMS and DI.
Summarizes sales rebates on a monthly basis
7. BIR Annual Reporting
Prepares and submits Inventory Listings on a semi-annual schedules
8. Other related Accounting task/s as may be assigned from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Accountancy
Knowledgeable in Rules & Regulation of Taxation: VAT, Withholding, Income Tax, Audit practices & other taxes.
In-Depth knowledge in Accounting / Law in Business Taxation standards and procedures
Experience in ACCPAC System / SAP-B1 is an advantage
Good in verbal and written communication skills
